An electrical test includes the safety inspection of electrical systems and devices in accordance with current standards such as VDE 0100-600, VDE 0105-100 or DGUV Regulation 3. It serves to protect people, property and legally compliant operation. It is required by law for commercial enterprises, landlords and public institutions.

  • E-check: Voluntary test according to VDE for private customers, landlords or property managers - recommended for safety and liability protection.
  • DGUV V3: Mandatory test for all commercially used electrical systems and devices, e.g. in offices, surgeries, workshops or public authorities.

(Copy 5)

This depends on the utilisation and the test object:

  • Commercial: usually annually or every two years (DGUV V3)
  • Private / landlord: every 4-10 years or for conversions, new lettings, property sales
  • Building site electricity or new installations: after completion (VDE 0100-600)

We will advise you on the appropriate test interval recommendation for your individual needs.

Our test technicians carry out a combination of:

  • Visual inspection (damage, terminals, protective measures)
  • Measurement (insulation resistance, loop impedance, RCD protection, etc.)
  • Function test
You will then receive a test report with documentation, recommendations for action and - if passed - a test badge.

The costs depend on the size of the system, the number of circuits and devices and the location.
Example: Single-family home (E-check) from approx. 250-400 €, commercial enterprise (DGUV V3) at cost or flat rate.

We will provide you with a transparent quote in advance.
